Coming to Morioka city
This is to help you to prepare your travel to attend the IEEE ICSSE2015 in Morioka city, Iwate Region is part of Tohoku region in Japan. The conferences are held in Aiina on 6 – 8 July, 2015.

Participants are to arrive at Morioka station by Shinkansen, from Tokyo.
It takes about 2 and half hours from Tokyo station to Morioka (using Hayabusa, Hayate or Komachi Shinkansen).
The Shinkansen Train is available in almost every one hour from Tokyo.
To use the Shinkansen for Morioka, you need to make seat reservations.
Visit a JR Ticket Office (Green window or Midori-no-madoguchi) or Travel Service Center, located in any JR East stations, and present your JR East Pass to reserve a seat.
You also should make seat reservations of a Train between Narita airport and Tokyo station.
For example, Narita Express runs every one hour and provides an easy and comfortable way to travel to Tokyo station.
